AGGIE (AGATHA) SEDO (nee HAMM) Peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2002 Aggie Sedo passed away at Selkirk General Hospital with her family at her side. Aggie leaves to cherish her memory, husband Harold; children, Karen, Brian (Joyce) niece Sharon (Randy) grandchildren, Chris, Tannis, Lauri, Brent, Beau, John, Vicki, Bryan, Sarah; great-nephew Daniel; great-niece Heather; and numerous beloved great-grandchildren; as well as brother Jacob (Helen) and family. Aggie was born and raised in the Morden area. She moved to Winnipeg to become a LPN. She met and then married Harold in 1950. They raised their children and then opened their hearts and home to numerous other children. Aggie worked many years at St. Boniface Hospital and and with Home Care. After retiring they moved to the cottage at Sunset Bay. She enjoyed her crossword puzzles and playing cards and time spent with friends. The last year has been spent in Selkirk, MB. Aggie was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by everyone. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 30 at 2:00 p.m. at the Glen Eden Funeral Home 4477 Main St., with Pastor Ed Hamm officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service and a gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Lorraine and Phyllis with Home Care and all the nurses that helped her at Selkirk Hospital for their compassion, care and support. For all the years that you faithfully made dinners and had family and friends over laughter of everyone. I will not forget your love and peace you shared. I love and miss you grandma. the one thing you taught was to respect your elders and I thank you for your teaching. It will be almost two years that I stopped smoking and this was for you.
